지난 5월 2일 교수님과 MERIT Lab 구성원들이 대부도로 MT를 다녀왔습니다! 다같이 구기종목으로 땀을 흘리고, 바베큐 파티🍖도 하며 연구실 구성원들간의 협동심을 기를 수 있는 여정이었습니다!👍
On May 2nd, the professor and the members of MERIT Lab went on an MT (Membership Training) trip to Daebudo Island! It was a journey where we all worked up a sweat playing ball games and enjoyed a barbecue party 🍖, fostering teamwork among the lab members! 👍

4월 14일에는 교수님과 MERIT Lab 구성원들과 함께 교내 벚꽃 구경을 다녀왔습니다! 🌸 간만에 광합성도 좀 하고, 메말랐던 공대생들의 마음에 감성 한 스푼이 첨가될 수 있는 좋은 기회였습니다! 🤣
On 14 April, we went for a walk around the campus to admire the cherry blossoms with our professor and the MERIT Lab team! 🌸 It was a lovely opportunity to soak up some sunshine after such a long time, and to add a touch of sentiment to the otherwise jaded hearts of us engineering students!

3월 26일에는 가톨릭대학교 성심교정 도서관 2층 컨퍼런스룸에서 가톨릭대학교 은평성모병원(Catholic Medical Center EnPyeong) 이비인후과의 김지선 교수님의 "Precision medicine for OSA" 세미나가 개최되었습니다. 이번 세미나에서는 수면 무호흡증에 대하여 원인과 예방법, 현재 의료기기들에 대한 설명과 한계등에 대해 알 수 있는 뜻깊은 자리였습니다!
On 26 March, a seminar entitled ‘Precision Medicine for OSA’ was held in the conference room on the second floor of the Library at the Sungsim Campus of The Catholic University of Korea, delivered by Professor Kim Ji-seon from the Department of Otorhinolaryngology at Catholic Medical Center EnPyeong. This seminar provided a valuable opportunity to learn about the causes and prevention of sleep apnoea, as well as explanations of current medical devices and their limitations!

3월 13일에는 개강파티를 진행했습니다! 개강파티 장소는 가르텐비어였으며, 학부생 및 대학원생들 모두가 참여하여 많은 정보를 교류하며 친해지는 뜻깊은 시간이었습니다! 😁
On 13 March, we held a welcome party! The party took place at Gartenbier, and it was a wonderful occasion where both undergraduates and postgraduates came together to exchange information and get to know one another! 😁

On 19th February, we held our graduation ceremony! Congratulations to the following research students who have now graduated, progressing from high school diplomas to bachelor's degrees: Kim Ian, Kim Jin-hyuk, Kim Hyun-soo, Kwon Hyun-seo, Lee Dong-yoon, Kim Jin-woo, Lee Jun-min, Lee Jun-ha, Jeong Jae-won, and Choi Da-hye! 😍 We also extend our heartfelt congratulations to research students Kim Ian and Kim Jin-hyeok on their admission to the Master's programme!
